My name is Rivkah Eidex and I am a licensed clinical psychologist serving Atlanta, GA.
I specialize in treating adults, families, and children of all ages. Sessions are conducted in a warm and relaxed setting that is inviting and nurturing to children and comforting to adults as well. In my approach to psychotherapy I draw from many traditional theories; however my primary modality is Cognitive Therapy (also known as "Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy," or, "CBT"). CBT works on the fundamental premise that most people can conquer difficulties by changing the thought patterns that lead to negative feelings and problematic behaviors. My work is solution-focused, while at the same time, nurturing, supportive and, when appropriate, faith-based.
